Crew apartment Offenbach

Offenbach am Main borders directly on Frankfurt and is an independent industrial and commercial city in the Rhine-Main area. For assembly teams, the town combines two advantages: its own commercial and industrial areas with lasting demand for work, and dense S-Bahn access that puts Frankfurt and the airport within reach without a company car.

Its own commercial and industrial estates
Offenbach designates seven commercial and industrial estates covering over 75 hectares. In the largest estate on Mühlheimer Strasse are over 100 businesses in chemicals, vehicle and mechanical engineering; at Kaiserlei, Siemens and Honeywell are based, among others, plus the Deutscher Wetterdienst as a federal authority. For workers, that means short distances to maintenance, construction and technical projects right on site.
S-Bahn without changing to Frankfurt
Four S-Bahn lines (S1, S2, S8, S9) stop in Offenbach, at the Kaiserlei, Ledermuseum, Marktplatz and Offenbach Ost stations. From Marktplatz, the city puts it at around 10 minutes to the centre of Frankfurt, 15 minutes to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and, with the S8/S9, just under 30 minutes to the airport. The team therefore reaches its construction sites by rail without changing.
At the Offenbacher Kreuz
At the Offenbacher Kreuz, the A3 and the A661 meet; via the B43 and B448 federal roads, the A3, A66 and A661 are reached within a few minutes' drive. The van is thus quickly on the motorway towards Frankfurt, Hanau or Aschaffenburg.
Supplies on site
DIY stores such as OBI (Mühlheimer Strasse) and toom (Odenwaldring) as well as supermarkets are within the city area, in part in the same commercial estate as many businesses. Materials and shopping are reachable without long drives.
Parking on site
The inner-city residential locations are paid parking (residents' parking). For trades and commercial businesses, the city of Offenbach issues a tradesperson parking permit that lets company vehicles park in restricted no-stopping areas, residents' parking zones and paid parking areas. That way the van stands legally at the site.
